Email marketing agency that brings customers back by email and SMS.
Digify365 is an email marketing agency for local businesses in Islamabad, Riyadh and Dallas, running email and SMS marketing to your own customer list. We send win-back offers, appointment reminders, review requests and newsletters by email, by text in the US and by WhatsApp broadcast in Pakistan and Saudi Arabia. Every message is opt-in, compliant and tracked to bookings.
These people already bought.
Every customer on your books cost you something to win: an ad, a referral, a sign on the road. Most businesses then never contact them again. The customer forgets, a competitor’s ad shows up, and you end up paying to win the same person a second time.
A text to a past customer in the US costs a few cents. A new lead from Google Search in Dallas typically costs $45 or more. In Islamabad a WhatsApp message to your own list costs a few US cents at Meta’s rates, against a typical PKR 1,700–3,900 for a fresh lead from ads. Your list already knows your name, your location and your prices.
That’s what email marketing for small business should be. Regular and a little boring: the reminder that prevents a no-show, the review request that lands while the visit is fresh, the offer that goes out the week your calendar looks thin. If your leads aren’t landing in one place yet, start with CRM automation and add campaigns on top.
What usually goes wrong
- No list. Phone numbers sit in a booking app or a notebook, never collected with consent.
- One blast a year. A big Eid or Black Friday offer, then months of silence.
- Wrong channel. Emails in a market that lives on WhatsApp, or WhatsApp where people expect texts.
- Filtered texts. Messages from an unregistered US number get blocked by carriers.
- No tracking. Nobody can say which message brought in which booking.
Email marketing services that fill the calendar.
Each message is written for your business, sent to the right slice of your list and tracked to a booking or a sale.
Win-back campaigns
A short series for customers who haven’t been in for 60, 90 or 180 days, timed to how often they normally return.
Appointment reminders
A confirmation, a reminder the day before and another two hours before, with a simple way to reschedule.
Review requests
A short message a few hours after the visit, with a direct link to your Google review form.
Offers and launches
A new service, a slow-week price or a seasonal package, sent to the customers most likely to want it.
Monthly newsletter
One useful email a month: a tip, some news and one clear reason to book.
Lead nurture
People who asked about a price but didn’t book get a few spaced messages, then the series stops.
Opt-in first, on every channel.
Our SMS marketing services in the US start with registration, not copywriting. Each channel has its own rules, and breaking them gets messages blocked or worse.
| Channel | Where | The rule that matters | What we set up |
|---|---|---|---|
| SMS | US | TCPA: prior express written consent for marketing texts, plus quiet hours. Some states, Texas included, add their own rules. | Opt-in wording on forms, STOP and HELP replies, sends only between 8 am and 9 pm local time |
| SMS | US | A2P 10DLC: carriers require your brand and campaign to be registered before business texts from a local number. | Registration through your SMS provider before the first send; approval usually takes days, sometimes a few weeks |
| All markets | CAN-SPAM: working unsubscribe, your postal address, honest subject lines. Gmail and Yahoo also require sender authentication for bulk mail. | One-click unsubscribe, SPF, DKIM and DMARC on your domain, low complaint rates | |
| Pakistan, Saudi Arabia | Meta’s WhatsApp Business rules: opt-in, and approved templates for any message you start. | Opt-in capture, templates in English, Arabic or Urdu submitted for approval, quality rating watched |
We never buy lists or upload scraped numbers. Saudi Arabia’s Personal Data Protection Law also expects consent for marketing, so Riyadh lists are built the same opt-in way. For US clinics, reminders keep health details out of the message text. This is how we run campaigns, not legal advice; regulated businesses should have their lawyer check the opt-in wording.
What each message usually does.
Figures are typical industry ranges, not guarantees. Your results depend on your list, your offer and how often customers normally buy.
| Message | Best channel | Typical timing | Typical industry range |
|---|---|---|---|
| Appointment reminder | SMS or WhatsApp | 24 hours and 2 hours before | 20–40% fewer no-shows |
| Review request | SMS or WhatsApp | 2–24 hours after the visit | 5–15% leave a review |
| Win-back series | Email + SMS or WhatsApp | 60–180 days after last visit | 2–8% of contacts rebook |
| Offer to the full list | Email + SMS or WhatsApp | Up to twice a month | Email clicks 1–4% |
| Monthly newsletter | Once a month | Opens 20–40%, unsubscribes under 0.5% |

Email marketing agency questions.
How much does an email marketing agency cost?
Our fee depends on the channels and how many campaigns you need each month; plans start from $800 (PKR 50,000 in Pakistan, SAR 2,500 in Saudi Arabia) a month, and you get a fixed quote after the free audit. Sending costs are separate and paid by you to the platforms: the email tool, your SMS provider and Meta for WhatsApp messages.
We don’t really have a customer list. Can you still help?
Usually you do, it’s just scattered across booking software, invoices, a POS and old WhatsApp chats. We pull it together and only message people who gave consent. For everyone else we add opt-in at the counter, on your website and in your booking flow, so the list grows every week.
Is SMS marketing legal in the US?
Yes, with consent. The TCPA requires prior express written consent for marketing texts, carriers require A2P 10DLC registration for business texting from local numbers, and every message has to honor STOP. We set this up before the first send. For questions specific to your business, check with your attorney.
Can you send WhatsApp broadcasts in Saudi Arabia and Pakistan?
Yes, through the official WhatsApp Business Platform, not a personal phone or a bulk-sending app that gets numbers banned. Customers must opt in, business-started messages use templates approved by Meta, and Meta charges each message to your own account.
Which platform do you use, and who owns the list?
Whatever fits. Klaviyo suits online shops, Mailchimp suits simple newsletters, and GoHighLevel works when email, SMS, WhatsApp and your CRM should live in one login. If you already pay for a tool, we usually work inside it. The account and the list are yours.
You’re based in Islamabad. Will messages go out at the right time?
Yes. Every send is scheduled in your customers’ time zone: US Central for Dallas, GMT+3 for Riyadh and Pakistan time for Islamabad. We work month to month with 30 days’ notice, and your automations keep running in your account if you leave.
Your next sale is already on your list.
